Salary: $73,410–$107,657 annually, plus discretionary bonuses

What you will do
- Lead local site teams in designing and implementing industrial water treatment programs.
- Conduct routine service visits and testing, prepare service reports, and distribute findings.
- Support technical issue resolution at customer sites and develop corrective action plans.
- Identify growth opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
- Train customer personnel to monitor and apply treatment chemistry safely.
- Analyze program performance using KPIs and report safety metrics to customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or at least two years of relevant industrial experience.
- At least two years of experience in a pulp and paper or water facility.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
- Must live within a commutable distance of New York City, Long Island, or New Jersey.
