What you will do
- Maintain the sender database and process customer sender registration requests with mobile network operators and suppliers.
- Support region-specific and product-specific registrations for WhatsApp, Viber, KakaoTalk, Zalo, Telegram, LINE, Rich Content SMS, Mobile Identity, and Google Business Messages.
- Order, test, configure, and provision customer numbers, including incoming-reply handling for two-way messaging.
- Troubleshoot alphanumeric and numeric senders, as well as one-way and two-way messaging setup issues.
- Act as a technical point of contact for customers, partners, suppliers, mobile network operators, and internal stakeholders.
- Document procedures, report bugs, test fixes, and collaborate with developers on tool and process improvements.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data across tools, interfaces, and databases.
- Strong communication, organization, collaboration, and ownership skills.
- Ability to investigate root causes, coordinate resolution, follow up on requests, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Basic understanding of computer and internet technologies, with willingness to learn specialized tools and processes.
- Good command of English required.
- Interest in practical applications of AI and other technologies.
