Social Media Manager

What you will do

• Manage hirify.global's social media presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, and additional platforms as needed.
• Publish, monitor, and respond to content across designated social channels.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content calendar.
• Use Sprout Social and Canva for scheduling, monitoring, content creation, and reporting.
• Analyze social media KPIs and metrics to measure performance and inform strategy.
• Partner with Design, Content, Event, and Product Marketing teams and manage the employee advocacy program.

Requirements

• Prior experience managing social media in a B2B or technology/SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of B2B social media best practices, particularly for LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Experience executing social media strategies and managing content calendars.
• Experience with social media management tools such as Sprout Social.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong analytical abilities.
• Collaborative, organized, detail-oriented, proactive, self-motivated, and creative.

Nice to have

• Experience managing an employee advocacy program.
• Experience with X/Twitter, Instagram, or Threads.
