Head of Talent Attraction and Acquisition

Location: Helsinki, Finland; hybrid work with typically around three days per week in the office

What you will do

• Lead hirify.global’s employer branding strategy, employee value proposition, employer brand concept, and related initiatives across target groups and channels.
• Develop talent acquisition strategies and methods, support business talent plans, and manage selected external recruitment partners.
• Own and continuously improve recruitment and selection processes, candidate experience, and hiring manager experience.
• Act as key user for the recruitment system, assessment platform, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Lead annual summer trainee recruitment and selection, student agent programs, and collaboration with educational institutions.
• Support high-level recruitment for Group functions and drive projects in a complex matrix environment.

Requirements

• Strong experience in strategic employer branding and hands-on employer brand activities with measurable impact.
• Experience creating talent acquisition strategies, models, concepts, and processes aligned with business needs and talent trends.
• Experience owning recruitment processes, preferably in a large matrix corporation, including selection methods and vendor management.
• Project and change management skills, with the ability to influence and lead across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Finnish and English are required.
• Technical competence with recruitment and assessment platforms and previous experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
