What you will do
- Coordinate UAV training courses and demonstration events from planning through execution, including schedules, participants, logistics, materials, and operational readiness.
- Manage the allocation, handover, return, tracking, maintenance, and availability of UAV systems, payloads, batteries, and accessories.
- Perform software and firmware updates and coordinate repairs, maintenance, and replacement equipment.
- Improve training and demo processes, standards, documentation, workflows, automations, and reporting structures.
- Maintain training records, certifications, flight logs, and operational documentation while supporting audits, onboarding, and administrative activities.
- Collaborate with Repair, Support, Production, Fulfilment, Software Engineering, Marketing, training participants, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in a commercial, administrative, or operational field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, training management, or a comparable role.
- Strong interest in process optimization and operational excellence, with a structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style.
- Interest in hands-on work with UAV systems and equipment.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Fluent German and English communication skills required.
