hirify.global operates in the financial services sector and is hiring for its Business Development – Partner Relations department.

What you will do

  • Develop and implement partner retention strategies aligned with the company’s overall strategy.
  • Act as the main contact for partners and build strong relationships through personalised support.
  • Monitor partner satisfaction, collect feedback, and improve the partner experience.
  • Analyse partner behaviour to identify upselling and product customisation opportunities.
  • Communicate company products and marketing promotions to partners.
  • Share partner feedback and platform improvement suggestions with Business Development teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Fluent Swahili and excellent written and spoken English are required.
  • Experience in the financial services sector is an advantage.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, autonomy, resourcefulness, and the ability to work under pressure.
