External Communications Specialist (PropTech)

Location: Singapore; hybrid flexible working

What you will do

• Deliver communications for Singapore consumer campaigns, product launches, and property insights.
• Develop stories with marketing and the PR agency and secure relevant media coverage.
• Identify thought leadership and engagement opportunities for hirify.global and its senior leaders.
• Manage media enquiries, relationships, communications materials, spokesperson preparation, and stakeholder approvals.
• Set priorities for the PR agency, review outreach and content, and track deliverables, budgets, and results.
• Coordinate corporate website, newsroom, and LinkedIn content while supporting media monitoring and issue or crisis responses.

Requirements

• Relevant communications experience in-house, in an agency, or in both environments.
• Demonstrated experience in consumer communications, corporate communications, and supporting senior spokespeople.
• Excellent writing, editorial judgement, and the ability to make complex information clear.
• Confidence working with senior executives, including providing advice and constructive challenge.
• Strong judgement, discretion, composure, ownership, and organisational skills.
• Good understanding of Singapore’s media landscape; regional business media experience is advantageous.
