What you will do

• Partner with the CEO to embed execution discipline company-wide.
• Shape a culture of freedom and responsibility, with zero tolerance for mediocrity.
• Inspire top talent and remove roadblocks.
• Own the full recruitment process end-to-end.
• Build and enforce fast exit processes for misaligned or underperforming hires.
• Implement and maintain company-wide OKRs.

Requirements

• Proven background in HR / Talent Acquisition / People Operations at a senior level.
• Demonstrated experience in execution management.
• Tough-minded yet empathetic, able to make hard calls while inspiring the team.
• Strong ability to balance decisiveness with fairness.
• No politics, no theatrics, just results.
• Must be willing to work onsite in our Barcelona office.
