System & Solution Support for Clinical Trials (Maternity Cover) (Veeva)

Location: Budapest, Hungary; hybrid working. This is a 2-year fixed-term, full-time maternity cover position.

Salary: HUF 7,603,200–11,404,800 per year.

What you will do

• Support clinical trial stakeholders and digital solution teams in identifying and resolving data-quality and data-transfer issues.
• Run ad hoc reports, coordinate issue resolution, and follow up with users and stakeholders until closure or escalation.
• Collect business needs, specifications, and business cases and translate them into requirements for clinical digital solutions.
• Assess the impact of quarterly Veeva releases on business processes and digital solutions.
• Define user acceptance testing, support communication planning, and assist with rollout activities.
• Support users globally and participate in continuous-improvement and innovation initiatives, including GenAI-related digital projects.

Requirements

• Understanding of clinical operations, regulations, and business processes is preferred.
• Ability to understand IT architecture, data flows, and clinical trial management solutions.
• Experience or capability in business analysis, process improvement, and requirements gathering.
• Autonomous approach with strong prioritization, decision-making, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
• BSc in Information Science or a scientific field.
• Strong English skills, verbal and written, with the ability to communicate fluently in a global environment.
