Operations Specialist (Web3)

Location: Asia; remote

What you will do

• Monitor and analyze changes in system capital flows.
• Connect fiat channels, coordinate capital-related processes, and launch operational tests.
• Work with customer service to resolve customer capital issues promptly.
• Assess financial issues, identify risks, and define accurate response measures.
• Coordinate the distribution of marketing activities.
• Maintain clear reconciliation logic, analyze system fund data, and guide related work across the team.

Requirements

• Location: Asia; remote.
• 5–10 years of relevant work experience, including at least 5 years in clearing and settlement within an exchange platform, payment channel, commercial bank, or similar environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
• Strong risk awareness, risk-identification, logical-analysis, communication, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Internet finance and traditional financial services.
• Experience leading a team and completing projects independently.
