Sr. Global Payroll Director (Gaming)

What you will do

• Coordinate full-cycle domestic and international payroll processing for US and global subsidiaries.
• Develop strategic plans to scale and optimize payroll operations across EMEA, North America, Canada, LATAM, Australia, New Zealand, and Asia.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing payroll team.
• Build and deploy global payroll systems, workflows, and internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with international, federal, state, and local payroll, tax, benefits, and data security regulations.
• Resolve complex payroll queries and collaborate with P&C, Accounting, Finance, Audit, and global stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in global payroll management.
• Strong understanding of international, federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
• Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience building and implementing payroll systems in a global environment.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
