What you will do
- Translate accounting workflows, client needs, and market requirements into scalable templates and solutions within the accounting platform.
- Build, maintain, and improve templates using ’s development framework, with training provided.
- Use AI-assisted tools throughout the development and review process.
- Work with Product, colleagues, and clients to understand requirements and create intuitive, reliable solutions.
- Track solution adoption and improve templates when uptake is lower than expected.
- Keep knowledge of the Dutch accounting market, regulations, and emerging technology up to date.
Requirements
- Several years of experience working in an accounting firm.
- Curiosity about AI and motivation to learn ’s development framework.
- Clear communication and the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
- Customer-oriented approach, reliable follow-through, and strong attention to detail.
- Previous coding or AI-tool experience is helpful but not required; relevant technologies include Vue, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of the platform is beneficial, while motivation to understand it deeply is essential.
