Location: Permanent full-time position based in Annecy, France

is a mountain sports brand within Amer Sports, creating performance footwear, apparel, skis, equipment, and other products for outdoor and mountain sports.
What you will do
- Create footwear designs based on consumer needs, design briefs, and the design strategy.
- Integrate technical and economic production constraints, including quality, cost, and timelines.
- Co-develop designs through the sampling stage with product development and marketing teams.
- Research market and cultural trends, consumer needs, and target-market behavior.
- Maintain design tools, files, folders, boards, and design guides throughout projects.
- Present and explain sketches, mock-ups, prototypes, and creative concepts to project teams and management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design or Product Design, or equivalent.
- Approximately 2 years of experience in a similar position; freshly graduated candidates with a strong interest in performance product design may also be considered.
- Fluent English required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-specific design software, including Adobe Design tools, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong graphic design skills, creativity, knowledge of current design trends, and understanding of consumer needs and behaviors.
- Knowledge of 3D creation processes and materials required.
