TL;DR
Technical Writer Supporter (Manufacturing/Training Systems): Managing technical documents and training materials in the Champ administration system with an accent on document versioning, authorizations, regional organization, and collaboration with local and global technical writers. Focus on introducing a new training system, translating and interpreting manuals, and supporting training activities in a hybrid manufacturing environment.
Location: Nyíregyháza, Hungary; hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the office.

What you will do
- Upload new documents and update existing training materials.
- Support the introduction of the Champ training administration system.
- Manage Champ modules, configure authorizations, and keep document versions current.
- Organize and update training materials in regional folders.
- Translate and interpret global manuals when necessary.
- Collaborate with local and global technical writers and participate actively in training activities.
Requirements
- Higher education.
- Advanced written and spoken English and Hungarian.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
- Proactive mindset, flexibility, and precise execution.
- User-level IT knowledge.
