Senior/Staff Engineer, Liquidity Platform, Structured OTC (Crypto)

What you will do

• Design crypto trading strategies and technical solutions with technical leads, liquidity managers, and product managers.
• Own the strategy production environment, including feature development and infrastructure upgrades.
• Improve automated trading strategies for stability, scalability, robustness, and automatic recovery.
• Develop and operate infrastructure for low-latency connectivity to centralized and decentralized crypto venues.
• Manage application inventory and risk while maintaining a holistic view of the product and business.
• Run projects and collaborate with engineers, product managers, and liquidity managers.

Requirements

• Solid educational background in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and genuine interest in the crypto industry.
• Experience with Java software engineering and technical infrastructure for automated trading strategies.
• Ability to work on strategy development, production systems, and infrastructure performance improvements.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of structured products or volatility trading.
• Hands-on experience in AI development.
