Senior Manager / Expert, DeFi Ecosystem Growth (Web3)

What you will do

• Define and execute global growth strategies for DeFi products and ecosystem initiatives.
• Analyze Web3 users, products, market trends, and public blockchain ecosystems to identify adoption opportunities.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, and other teams on strategic initiatives.
• Build long-term relationships with protocols, projects, technology teams, and ecosystem partners.
• Provide industry and user insights for product positioning, user experience, go-to-market, and ecosystem strategies.
• Lead complex global, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution and continuously improve results using data and user feedback.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in internet, FinTech, Crypto/Web3, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of DeFi, Web3 products, and public blockchain ecosystems.
• Experience in Growth, Product Operations, Ecosystem, Business Development, or related functions.
• Strong product mindset, analytical and structured problem-solving skills, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to independently drive complex initiatives in a fast-moving, cross-regional environment.
• Fluent English and the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and partners.
