Construction Support Engineer

Location: Levice, Slovakia; hybrid schedule with home office possible 2 days per week. Short-term travel to project sites may be required.

Salary: €1,800 gross per month minimum; final compensation depends on level, skills, experience, and qualifications.

What you will do

• Support the Project Construction Manager in planning and executing construction and erection activities.
• Help ensure HSE, quality, schedule, and cost objectives are achieved.
• Prepare and review erection documentation, including drawings, lifting plans, schedules, sketches, and resource plans.
• Coordinate procurement of installation packages, tools, and third-party personnel.
• Maintain project templates, documentation, and business review reports.
• Travel to project sites for short periods when required.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Project, and Navisworks.
• Understanding of HSEQ requirements, planning processes, risk identification, and problem-solving.
• Strong planning and communication skills.
• Strong English language skills are required.
• Independent and solution-oriented working style.

Nice to have

• Experience in erection planning and execution for large industrial plant projects.
