Head of COD (Cash on Delivery)

Location: Hybrid in Kaunas or Vilnius, Lithuania

Salary: From €4,800 gross per month, depending on experience

What you will do

• Own COD business performance, strategic growth, quarterly budgeting, and monthly P&L and performance reporting across brands and business lines.
• Prepare monthly stock forecasts, ensure product availability for launches, and manage out-of-stock situations.
• Lead quarterly initiative planning and coordinate resources across IT, BI, CRO, creative, and media buying teams.
• Align Business Owners, IT, finance, and accounting teams while resolving technical and operational bottlenecks.
• Identify growth opportunities such as pay-by-link and AI order confirmation, evaluating ROI and feasibility.
• Lead and motivate the COD and Country Management team, delegating effectively to improve productivity and growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, business management, operations, or strategy, including 1–2 years in leadership.
• Experience managing P&L, budgeting, and performance across multiple brands or business lines.
• Strong background in demand forecasting, inventory management, or supply chain.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical skills, including ROI and business-case evaluation, plus a solid understanding of finance and accounting principles.
• Fluent English required; a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, supply chain, or a related field is expected.
