What you will do
- Lead regulatory reporting initiatives, including process optimization, automation, and development of a centralized regulatory database.
- Drive implementation of a new regulatory reporting solution across the organization.
- Prepare, review, and submit SNB statistical reports and FINMA regulatory reports for the Bank and Group.
- Collaborate with IT, Controlling & Risk, and ALM & Treasury on system integration and data quality.
- Monitor regulatory developments and adapt reporting processes to new requirements.
- Perform data quality controls and coordinate responses to SNB inquiries and the Group’s SNB audit.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar regulatory reporting role.
- Strong knowledge of the Swiss banking regulatory framework.
- Experience with a regulatory reporting solution such as FiRE, Mercury, or an equivalent platform.
- Full professional proficiency in French and English, written and spoken.
- Advanced MS Excel skills; T24, SQL, and Python are advantageous.
