Software Engineer (Java)

Location: Kaunas Office, hybrid; at least 3 office days per week

Salary: €3,330–€6,660 gross monthly, plus yearly bonuses of approximately 10% of annual salary and a Booking Holdings RSU package worth $20,000 gross.

hirify.global is a travel search engine within Booking Holdings, connecting travelers with flights, hotels, rental cars, vacation packages, and corporate travel solutions.

What you will do

• Implement backend search and booking features under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Improve existing features with a focus on speed and user experience.
• Create and maintain integrations with third-party APIs.
• Support technology used to connect more than 200 travel partners, 500,000 hotels, and 550 airlines.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional Java experience.
• Familiarity with the Spring framework and SQL databases.
• Education in Computer Science or a related field.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to work from the Kaunas office at least 3 days per week in a hybrid model.
