What you will do

  • Design and develop Fleet Management System software for autonomous mobile robots.
  • Build task allocation, dispatching, scheduling, robot coordination, and fleet monitoring capabilities.
  • Implement fleet-level traffic management, resource reservation, deadlock detection, and recovery.
  • Integrate fleet management, navigation, localization, perception, control, and robot hardware into complete autonomous systems.
  • Develop navigation and path-planning capabilities, including route planning, obstacle avoidance, and navigation behaviors.
  • Diagnose fleet- and robot-level failures using logs, telemetry, simulation, and real-robot testing while improving production reliability and scalability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of software development experience in robotics, autonomous systems, or mobile robots.
  • Strong C++ and Linux/Ubuntu development skills with hands-on ROS/ROS2 experience.
  • Understanding of mobile robot navigation, autonomous systems, path planning, obstacle avoidance, and navigation.
  • Experience with AMRs, AGVs, AGFs, autonomous vehicles, or similar robotic systems.
  • Strong system integration and debugging skills, including deployment on real robots; good English communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with fleet management systems, multi-robot coordination, task allocation, scheduling, dispatching, or fleet optimization.
  • Knowledge of traffic management, resource reservation, deadlock handling, Nav2, or the ROS2 Navigation Stack.
  • Experience with LiDAR or camera-based perception, behavior planning, low-level vehicle control, or robotics simulation platforms such as Gazebo and Isaac Sim.
  • Experience deploying autonomous robots in logistics or industrial environments.
