Location: Hybrid in Cebu or Manila, Philippines

is a fintech lender developing digital property-equity and lending products for the Australian market.
What you will do
- Build performant, intuitive customer, broker, and internal interfaces using React and React Native.
- Translate product requirements and designs into consistent, high-quality user experiences.
- Write robust, well-tested code and identify opportunities for refactoring and technical improvement.
- Integrate mobile applications with APIs and third-party services, and manage mobile deployment workflows.
- Contribute to design and code reviews while supporting engineering standards and AI-led application development.
- Mentor engineers, provide constructive feedback, and help raise the team’s technical and UI/UX standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a frontend developer and 5+ years with React and React Native.
- Strong JavaScript and TypeScript fundamentals with a deep understanding of the web platform.
- Hands-on experience building and shipping mobile applications with Expo and mobile deployment workflows.
- Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and responsive design patterns.
- Experience integrating applications with APIs and third-party services, including familiarity with Apple App Store and Google Play Store release processes.
- Ability to own features end-to-end, communicate clearly, mentor others, and make decisions from first principles.
