Sales Engineer (HVAC)

Location: Perth, Western Australia; on-site five days per week. Travel to customer job sites is required, including outdoor work and mechanical or equipment rooms.

What you will do

• Support sales managers and customers with HVAC systems and equipment selection, applications, proposals, and sales development.
• Achieve sales and customer development quotas through applied-products acquisition and account growth.
• Use equipment selection and pricing software to prepare customer solutions and proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers from initial consultation through project execution and post-sales support.
• Process and coordinate equipment orders with factories through delivery and support service handover.
• Travel to customer sites and participate in training, industry events, webinars, and company meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering technology, business, or equivalent education and experience.
• At least three years of experience in account management, mechanical contracting/HVAC, or facilities management is advantageous.
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems and strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must hold a valid Australian working visa.
