Salary: AUD 150,000–170,000 per annum

What you will do
- Deliver software and technology training to technical and non-technical users.
- Create training materials, user guides, and documentation.
- Support technology adoption, user enablement, and troubleshooting.
- Explain complex systems in clear, practical terms.
- Support digital transformation and AI adoption initiatives.
- Work with stakeholders to improve user experience and engagement.
Requirements
- Strong experience in technology, software, or IT training.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Expertise with Microsoft Office.
- Experience providing user support and troubleshooting.
- Experience creating training resources.
- Knowledge of AI or experience training users on AI tools.
Nice to have
- Legal technology or law firm experience.
- Experience with FileSite, Aderant, LMS platforms, or document automation.
- Experience supporting AI adoption and digital transformation.
