TL;DR
SAP Test Manager (SAP Business Assurance): Designing and delivering end-to-end SAP test strategies for large-scale transformation projects with an accent on risk-based testing, automation, defect management, and stakeholder alignment. Focus on leading test execution, developing SAP testing capabilities, and shaping pre-sales and business development for the SAP practice.

Location: Diegem, Belgium. Hybrid work with 70% from home; employees must live in Belgium. The flex abroad program allows working abroad for up to 45 days.

What you will do

  • Design and deliver end-to-end SAP test strategies, including scope, objectives, test levels, automation, and defect management.
  • Lead risk assessments, testing workshops, planning, preparation, execution, and defect resolution across SAP transformation projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and senior leadership to track delivery, risks, progress, and actionable insights.
  • Develop tailored approaches for SAP testing opportunities and promote the SAP Business Assurance pathway.
  • Build SAP testing capabilities through learning plans, thought leadership, pre-sales, and business development.

Requirements

  • Must live in Belgium.
  • Dutch or French and fluent English are required.
  • Experience as a Test Manager on SAP projects.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a team.
