Clinical Support Specialist Orthopaedics (MedTech)

Location: Zuchwil, Switzerland; responsibility for the Ticino area with regular travel across the region

What you will do

• Advise surgeons, operating room managers, and clinical staff before, during, and after joint reconstruction and sports medicine procedures.
• Coordinate the logistics of surgical interventions and ensure the correct application of orthopaedic products.
• Deliver product demonstrations, customer training, workshops, and in-service education for healthcare professionals.
• Build long-term relationships with physicians, operating room staff, and other healthcare decision-makers.
• Identify new business opportunities and manage sales projects within the assigned territory.
• Optimize inventory management and improve logistical efficiency.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in a medical and surgical environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of surgery and orthopaedics.
• Fluent Italian is mandatory.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• High flexibility and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
• Sound Microsoft Office skills.

Nice to have

• Training as a technical or surgical specialist, such as a scrub nurse.
• German language knowledge.
