Saving & Investing Strategy Lead - Growth (Openbank) (Fintech)

What you will do

• Define and continuously evolve the savings strategy using customer insights, market dynamics, and competitive analysis.
• Design initiatives that grow customer balances, profitability, engagement, and long-term loyalty.
• Analyze the end-to-end savings journey and identify commercial, digital, and communication levers.
• Monitor savings product performance, market evolution, risks, and opportunities.
• Identify opportunities across savings and investment products and optimize customer balance allocation.
• Lead strategic initiatives across Product, Marketing, Data, Operations, and Technology.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business development, growth, or commercial strategy within banking, financial services, or digital businesses.
• Experience defining growth, customer value, or commercial strategies based on data and business insights.
• Strong analytical and financial skills, including knowledge of banking P&L dynamics, interest rates, and net interest income.
• Experience with savings and investment products, customer lifecycle strategy, business performance, and commercial KPIs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Spanish at full professional proficiency and English at C1 professional working proficiency are required.

Nice to have

• Experience in digital banking, wealth management, savings and investment products, or customer lifecycle strategies.
• Additional education or certifications in Strategy, Data Analytics, Marketing, or Digital Business.
• Experience with customer segmentation, behavioral analytics, pricing, or commercial proposition design.
