Focus on building business cases, performing ad hoc analyses, coordinating operational processes, and supporting IT system rollouts in the renewable energy industry.
Location: Gdansk, Pomorskie, Poland; remote/flexible work is available.

What you will do
- Support process improvement initiatives and develop business cases for efficiency and cost-saving projects.
- Create and enhance management reports using PowerPoint and Power BI.
- Consolidate reporting data and perform ad hoc analyses for business decisions.
- Coordinate back-office activities and support operational processes.
- Collaborate on IT system rollouts, digital tools, and finance digitalization projects.
Requirements
- Currently studying Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
- Experience or interest in Power BI, Power Query, business analytics, and data modeling.
- Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and collaborate effectively.
- Advanced English proficiency required.
- Availability for approximately 15–20 hours per week.
