RPA / Power Automate Developer (RPA/Power Platform): Designing, building, testing, deploying, and maintaining end-to-end automation solutions with Power Automate Cloud, Desktop Flows, Power Apps, APIs, and connectors with an accent on workflow automation, system integration, and production reliability. Focus on optimizing business processes, troubleshooting live automations, supporting governance and security, and leading technical delivery activities.
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The work model prioritizes in-person collaboration, with virtual-first interviews and onboarding.

What you will do
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, monitor, and optimize automation solutions using Power Automate Cloud and Desktop Flows.
- Build end-to-end automations that improve efficiency and business outcomes.
- Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and identify automation opportunities.
- Integrate systems and applications through APIs, connectors, data flows, and Microsoft technologies.
- Participate in solution design, code reviews, documentation, testing, releases, governance, security, and compliance activities.
- Lead assigned technical solutions, resolve challenges, and share automation best practices with the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in RPA, workflow automation, or Power Platform development.
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate Cloud and Desktop, Power Apps, and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Experience with workflow and process design, RPA best practices, APIs, system integrations, connectors, data flows, and production troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery skills.
- Proven experience leading a project or support team in a Technical Lead capacity, with the ability to take technical ownership and guide development activities. Good English communication skills are required.
