Location: Buenos Aires, Buenos Aires, Argentina; onsite role. Relocation and expatriate assignments are not considered.

What you will do
- Manage multi-channel requests received through calls, emails, chats, web cases, and mobile applications.
- Process order-to-cash activities including contracts, master data, pricing, sales orders, billing, and reporting.
- Handle customer inquiries, issues, correspondence, and customer experience matters.
- Coordinate with pricing, inventory, credit, marketing, quality, and supply teams to resolve issues.
- Develop technical skills and business knowledge through ongoing training.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or current studies in business administration or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, invoicing, payments, or similar work.
- Advanced written and spoken English communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work and communicate with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
