What you will do
- Gather requirements and identify automation opportunities with stakeholders across innovation, product management, sales, quality, and operational excellence.
- Design, develop, test, and support software applications and automated workflows for portfolio and product lifecycle management.
- Build integrated digital solutions using SharePoint, Power Automate, JIRA, Confluence, OnePM, Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude.
- Define project plans, document requirements and decisions, establish testing criteria, and support solution acceptance.
- Apply Agile development practices, manage multiple tasks, and improve solutions based on stakeholder feedback.
Requirements
- Current or recently completed degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field; Bachelor's and Master's candidates are welcome.
- Hands-on experience with software development and testing through academic, personal, internship, or other projects.
- Exposure to Microsoft technologies, ideally including SharePoint, Power BI, or the wider Microsoft ecosystem.
- Experience with Python or strong interest in developing coding skills.
- Curiosity about AI, automation, digital solutions, Copilot, Power Platform, and intelligent workflow automation.
- Ability to solve problems, learn new technologies, collaborate with stakeholders, and turn ideas into practical solutions.
