What you will do

  • Develop and execute regional public affairs strategies aligned with national priorities and the Public Affairs Plan.
  • Monitor regional legislation, healthcare policy, reimbursement decisions, and regulatory developments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with regional health authorities, government officials, healthcare providers, patient groups, and professional associations.
  • Identify policy opportunities and challenges and establish constructive dialogue with regional healthcare decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with clinical, communications, medical, market access, marketing, and commercial teams to support patient access to innovation.
  • Provide strategic counsel during public affairs challenges and support reputation management.

Requirements

  • Professional experience in healthcare, either in a pharmaceutical company or public affairs consultancy.
  • Experience building stakeholder networks and managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Strong political acumen and knowledge of regional healthcare environments.
  • Strategic planning, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Degree in political science, economics, communications, or a scientific discipline; healthcare management or policy experience is advantageous.
  • Italian at mother-tongue level and fluent English required.
