What you will do
- Lead and develop the People Services team across DRÄXLMAIER Tunisia sites.
- Manage payroll, timekeeping, personnel administration, and employee data in SAP.
- Ensure compliance with labor, tax, payroll, insurance, CNSS, and other statutory requirements.
- Lead annual salary reviews, compensation programs, salary progression monitoring, and reward management initiatives.
- Coordinate payroll activities with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders while providing analytics and recommendations.
- Lead audits and HR information system initiatives, improving data integrity, system performance, and digital HR processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR, payroll, compensation and benefits, or reward management.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and labor regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- SAP Key User experience, HR systems proficiency, and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Good command of English is required; applications must be submitted in English.
