Associate, Programmatic (Adtech): Supporting the setup, monitoring, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across DV360, Amazon DSP, and The Trade Desk with an accent on campaign pacing, audience targeting, and performance reporting. Focus on optimizing campaign delivery against KPIs, managing audience segments and inventory, and developing platform expertise through certifications and ongoing learning.
Location: Beirut, Lebanon; hybrid work with teams in the office around four days a week

What you will do
- Set up and monitor programmatic campaigns across Google DV360, Amazon DSP, and The Trade Desk.
- Support campaign optimization and improve performance against KPIs.
- Monitor campaign pacing, delivery, and performance metrics.
- Learn audience targeting, segmentation, and inventory management.
- Prepare campaign reports and performance insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to launch campaigns successfully and complete platform certifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM field.
- Strong work ethic, professional integrity, and communication skills.
- Passion for digital media and programmatic advertising.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Entry-level candidates and recent graduates are encouraged to apply; full training is provided.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Google DV360, Amazon DSP, or The Trade Desk.
