Cybersecurity Analyst (IAM)

Location: Singapore; at least 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Support SSO integrations and federation using ForgeRock Access Management, SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect, and OAuth 2.0.
• Maintain authorization policies, adaptive authentication journeys, session management, and MFA rollouts.
• Perform ForgeRock Directory Services health checks, replication verification, synchronization, backups, and LDAP administration.
• Deploy and operate ForgeRock agents across IIS, Apache HTTP Server, NGINX, Apache Tomcat, Node.js, and JBoss Web Server.
• Write small Shell, Python, or Groovy automations, execute performance tests, and identify operational bottlenecks.
• Provide L2 support, document runbooks and known errors, and collaborate with globally distributed engineering and operations teams.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of IAM, SSO and federation standards, MFA, LDAP, OAuth 2.0, JWT, mTLS, and web security fundamentals.
• Familiarity with Linux, Windows Server, web/application servers, monitoring and logging tools, and basic CI/CD or infrastructure as code.
• Experience or academic/internship exposure to ForgeRock AM/DS, SSO integration, or IAM platform configuration.
• Ability to write basic automation scripts and follow release, change, incident, and problem management procedures.
• Must work from the Singapore office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with NGINX, JBoss Web Server, Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Interest in using analytics or machine learning to automate repetitive IAM tasks.
