Location: Beirut, Lebanon; hybrid work with teams in the office around four days a week

What you will do

• Lead strategic development and execution of media campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Identify target audiences and develop cross-media mixes spanning digital, print, TV, radio, and social.
• Oversee large-scale campaigns from planning through execution, including in-house media buying and external agency coordination.
• Monitor campaign performance, adjust media plans, and optimize budgets using real-time data and insights.
• Present campaign results and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Guide the media team, coach junior members, and identify new opportunities for clients.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in client-facing roles and campaign management.
• Experience creating cross-media plans aligned with client goals and understanding how paid media channels work together.
• Experience with budget planning, prioritization, campaign reporting, and continuous improvement of working practices.
• Ability to serve as the primary day-to-day contact for campaign management and client requirements.
• Ability to work with Trading, Social, Web Analytics, Paid Search, and SEO functions.
• Independent working style and ability to coach junior team members.
