Carcam Products & Solutions Senior Manager (Fintech)

Location: Panama City, Panama; at least 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Define and execute product strategies for consumer products and services in selected Central American and Caribbean markets.
• Manage the in-market product and service portfolio, including P&L, revenue planning, budget responsibility, and optimization.
• Engage financial institutions, non-traditional clients, partners, providers, and enablers to identify needs and develop new business.
• Identify and deliver new payment use cases combining digital assets and API-based capabilities.
• Execute strategic initiatives that support revenue goals and deepen client relationships.
• Coordinate with Product, Country Sales, Client Services, business development, and regional teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or 5+ years with an advanced degree, or 2+ years with a PhD.
• Strong experience in payments, commerce, technology trends, fintech, mobile money, digital banking, or retail.
• 100% written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Experience with product strategy, revenue goals, P&L or budget responsibility, project management, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work with clients, partners, executives, and highly matrixed multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of human-centered design, Agile principles including Scrum, and APIs; proficiency in using AI tools.
