Senior Event Manager

Location: Remote, USA; the role may require onsite event execution.

Base salary: $114,600–$171,800 USD for Zone A, $129,400–$194,200 USD for Zone B, or $145,500–$218,300 USD for Zone C, depending on primary work location.

What you will do

• Take ownership of mid-stream planning and execution for GDC, Unite, regional user events, and third-party events.
• Manage and negotiate with AV, production, food and beverage, rental, and experiential-build vendors.
• Review contracts and close sourcing gaps under tight deadlines.
• Build load-in/load-out schedules, run-of-show documents, floorplans, and onsite staffing plans.
• Lead crews onsite, troubleshoot live issues, and oversee logistics and brand-standard delivery.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience delivering high-impact B2B events, especially large-scale global user conferences or roadshows.
• Deep knowledge of the full event lifecycle and the ability to manage complex logistics immediately.
• Experience sourcing and managing large-scale production and hospitality partners.
• Expertise in run-of-show documents, floorplans, and technical production schedules.
• Fluency in Google Workspace and Splash or similar registration platforms.
• Professional English proficiency is required for frequent communication with colleagues and partners worldwide.
