EssenceMediacom: Senior Associate, Media (MENA)

Location: Beirut, Lebanon; hybrid work with teams in the office around four days a week

What you will do

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital and 360-degree media strategies aligned with marketing objectives.
• Analyze market trends, user data, and campaign performance to support data-driven decisions.
• Design, execute, and oversee campaigns across social media, email marketing, digital advertising, display, and paid social channels.
• Manage campaigns end to end, including budgets, performance tracking, KPI reporting, and optimization.
• Develop content calendars aligned with audience interests and marketing goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce engaging content and improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.
• At least 1.5 years of experience in digital media, marketing, or a related role.
• Proven experience with digital media platforms and campaign management.
• Strong understanding of social media and digital advertising strategies.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media insights.
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, project management, and multitasking skills.
