What you will do

• Lead initiatives to design and build reporting tools, information dashboards, data generators, and end-user information portals.
• Plan, manage, and control a team delivering technology-based data reporting and management solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to identify, interpret, and address business reporting and data needs.
• Provide technical and strategic reports that identify business issues and opportunities.
• Establish strategic plans, objectives, methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for programs and personnel.
• Direct the functional area through department managers and professional-track employees.

Requirements

• Experience leading data reporting, analytics, or information management initiatives.
• Ability to advise business groups through technical and strategic reporting.
• Experience managing teams and evaluating personnel performance.
• Ability to develop recommendations from company reporting and data requirements.
• Ability to align policies and procedures with corporate objectives.
