Location: Hybrid in São Paulo or Campinas, Brazil

What you will do
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and continuous improvement of financial planning processes.
- Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual results against prior year, budget, forecast, and key business drivers.
- Prepare financial analyses, management reporting packages, presentations, and materials for business leaders, Global Finance, the CEO, and the Board of Directors.
- Act as a finance business partner to functional and business unit leaders, providing actionable recommendations and supporting financial accountability.
- Develop financial models for strategic initiatives, business cases, investment decisions, and scenario analysis.
- Guide analyst teams, including offshore resources, and participate in cross-functional process improvement projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, financial planning, or business analysis.
- Strong knowledge of financial statements, forecasting methodologies, and business drivers.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with SAP in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English required.
Nice to have
- Experience with OneStream, Power BI, and Tableau.
