TL;DR
PR Specialist (Corporate Communications): Supporting PR campaigns and creating strategic communications that strengthen SoftServe's public image, employer value proposition, success stories, and technology expertise with an accent on media relations, content development, and PR analytics. Focus on analyzing media coverage, identifying thought-leadership opportunities, and coordinating communications with Marketing, HR, and Executive teams.
Location: Ukraine; remote/office work format

What you will do
- Support the planning and execution of PR campaigns aligned with company messaging, positioning, and strategic goals.
- Create compelling company news, media pitches, success stories, employer value proposition content, and thought-leadership materials.
- Monitor media coverage and PR metrics, delivering data-driven insights to improve future campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to increase media visibility through industry trends, company initiatives, and executive thought leadership.
- Improve PR workflows by applying industry best practices and innovative approaches.
- Collaborate with Marketing, HR, and Executive teams to align PR efforts with business goals.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in corporate communications, media relations, and PR.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field.
- Advanced written and verbal English communication skills, including the ability to craft company news, media pitches, and other content.
- Experience managing media relations and building relationships with journalists.
- Experience with PR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing media landscapes.
