Business Central Business Systems Analyst

Location: Waterlooville, Hampshire, South East UK; hybrid with 23 days onsite and travel to other UK sites when required.

Salary: £45,000–£55,000 per annum plus company bonus.

Established UK distributor improving business operations through Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

What you will do

• Support business users with ERP queries and process issues.
• Gather requirements and map business processes.
• Coordinate testing and user acceptance testing.
• Deliver end-user training and maintain system documentation.
• Improve workflows, data quality, and system adoption with business stakeholders.
• Support organisational change during the migration from BC 22 on-premise to BC 28 cloud.

Requirements

• Commercial experience supporting an ERP system is essential.
• Experience with Business Central or Dynamics NAV is particularly valuable.
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with users at different levels.
• Willingness to travel to other UK sites when required.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
