What you will do
- Oversee strategic regional projects and develop business strategies and execution plans.
- Manage client projects and project teams to deliver on schedule and within budget.
- Develop and govern an integrated project delivery model for the region.
- Lead project planning, regional reviews, meetings, risk escalation, and collaboration with global teams.
- Review capital funding requests and project stage gates for compliance, cost, and schedule efficiency.
- Drive lessons learned and best practices across safety, schedule, cost, quality, and sustainability.
Requirements
- 10+ years of increasing responsibility in complex capital project and program development and delivery.
- Experience in data centre construction, hi-tech complex projects, or hi-tech manufacturing.
- Knowledge of MEP, health and safety, commissioning, completion, and handover.
- Degree or comparable experience in project management, engineering, construction, or a related discipline.
- Experience with construction business management, including P&L responsibility, strategy, and operational management.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, project planning, and data analytics skills.
