Messaging Registration Analyst (Telecom)

Location: Asuncion, Paraguay. Hybrid work model combining in-person collaboration with remote work.

What you will do

• Manage and maintain the global sender registration database.
• Process customer sender registration requests directly with mobile network operators and suppliers.
• Maintain traffic security through content restrictions, template registration, and compliance controls.
• Support regional and product-specific registration processes, including ordering VLN/SC numbers and enabling two-way communication.
• Handle OTT traffic registration across WhatsApp, Viber, KakaoTalk, Zalo, Telegram, Line, and other channels.
• Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with internal departments to support compliant operations and customer experience.

Requirements

• Interest in telecom, messaging, or technical operations.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to follow structured processes and compliance requirements.
• Collaborative approach with a focus on customer experience.
• Willingness to learn technical tools and registration workflows.
