Location: Santa Monica, California, United States. U.S. work authorization required. Evening or weekend work may be required.

Salary: $76,600–$109,400 annual base salary.

What you will do

• Procure and produce music from conception through final delivery for film, television, video games, and other media.
• Collaborate with composers and creatives to develop music briefs and provide detailed production notes.
• Manage multiple projects, budgets, workflows, deadlines, and delivery targets.
• Review submissions for artistic integrity, technical accuracy, and industry standards.
• Maintain relationships with composers, musicians, producers, and other industry professionals.
• Communicate project updates and contractual information while coordinating timely deliverables.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in music production, audio engineering, or a related field.
• Strong musical knowledge across genres and a keen ear for detail.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to translate creative direction into actionable production plans and meet tight deadlines.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends when required.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with digital audio workstations such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro, or Ableton Live.
• Experience in film scoring or working with media composers.
• Familiarity with current music production technologies, trends, and emerging genres.
