TL;DR
Mid Controlling Manager & Data Analyst (Financial Controlling/Data Analysis): Monitoring vehicle maintenance and repair costs for the German market by analyzing large financial and operational datasets, validating invoices, and preparing performance reports with an accent on cost control, data quality, and process automation. Focus on identifying deviations and cost drivers, translating findings into actionable business insights, and developing data-driven controlling tools.
Location: Group headquarters in Tirana, Albania. Full-time shifts total 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

What you will do
- Monitor, analyze, and control vehicle maintenance and repair costs for the German market.
- Work with large financial and operational datasets to identify discrepancies, cost drivers, deviations, and improvement opportunities.
- Validate, document, and track production-related financial data, invoices, budgets, and actual costs.
- Prepare regular reports, performance analyses, and data-driven insights for business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Production, Business Development, and Operations.
- Support the automation and further development of controlling processes, reporting, and data-driven tools.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- A few years of experience in controlling, finance, accounting, data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar data-driven role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Hands-on experience working with large datasets and translating data into actionable insights.
- Advanced MS Excel skills and a structured, detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent command of English required; German is a plus.
Nice to have
- Experience with cost controlling, production controlling, operational finance, or data-driven business environments.
- Experience with Google Spreadsheets, Google Workspace, ERP systems, or other financial and data-analysis tools.
- Knowledge of SQL.
