TL;DR
Mobile Development Team Lead (iOS/Android): Leading the design, development, and delivery of iOS and Android applications with an accent on mobile architecture, engineering standards, and hands-on technical leadership. What you will do
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of native iOS and Android applications.
- Define coding standards, architecture principles, and engineering best practices.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, workload coordination, and knowledge-sharing support for mobile developers.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions in collaboration with Product Owners, Business Analysts, UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and Agile Delivery Leads.
- Support release planning, deployment activities, technical hiring, and onboarding.
- Drive CI/CD, DevOps, test automation, performance monitoring, technical debt reduction, and architectural improvements.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of software development experience and 2+ years in a technical leadership, Lead Developer, or Team Lead role.
- Strong experience with native iOS using Swift, native Android using Kotlin, or both platforms.
- Experience with mobile application architecture patterns and integration with APIs and backend services.
- Technical decision-making, coaching and mentoring, stakeholder communication, ownership, and results-oriented delivery.
- Activities must comply with regulatory requirements and the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

- Experience leading distributed development teams.
- Exposure to cloud platforms and DevOps practices.
- Experience with App Store and Google Play release processes.
- Knowledge of mobile security and performance optimization.
