People Leader - Model Design, LEGO® Design (People Leadership/Organizational Development): Leading a Creative Group within LEGO Design while strengthening leadership practices, talent development, and organizational effectiveness across the Model Design community with an accent on people growth, capability planning, and matrix collaboration. Focus on building consistent leadership frameworks, shaping development pathways, and driving change initiatives that enable creative teams and leaders to succeed.
Location: Billund, Denmark. Hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the office.

What you will do
- Provide people leadership for one Creative Group within Model Design, supporting growth, wellbeing, engagement, performance, and long-term capability.
- Partner with creative leads to establish clear priorities, strong collaboration, and a consistent leadership approach.
- Strengthen leadership practices, people processes, frameworks, and ways of working across the Model Design community.
- Drive organizational development, change initiatives, team effectiveness, and leadership development.
- Assess capability needs and support workforce, resource, and development planning aligned with business priorities.
- Build trusted relationships across leadership levels and create alignment in a matrixed creative environment.
Requirements
- Experience developing people and shaping organizational practices beyond an individual team.
- Ability to lead individuals and teams while influencing outcomes across a wider leadership community.
- Experience with capability planning, development pathways, organizational effectiveness, or related people leadership work.
- Strong stakeholder alignment, decision-making, judgment, empathy, curiosity, and courage.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution in a matrixed environment.
- Ability to work from Billund, Denmark, under the hybrid workplace policy.
