Senior Technical Program Manager (Gaming)

Location: Dublin, Ireland; hybrid working policy applies

Base pay: €92,400–€138,600 per year, with potential bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Build schedules, functional specifications, and delivery plans for online service features with software development teams.
• Lead technical discussions and drive solutions aligned with business and customer requirements.
• Coordinate design, development, testing, deployment, and release activities across the software development lifecycle.
• Review requirements, assess technical complexity, and resolve cross-team dependencies.
• Track progress, risks, schedules, and timelines while managing end-to-end implementations.
• Coordinate distributed resources and collaborate across functional teams, including executives, product managers, engineers, and project managers.

Requirements

• 6+ years of program management and project management experience with high-volume online user experiences.
• Experience with agile methodologies, including scrum master and product owner responsibilities.
• Previous experience as a software developer or tester.
• Ability to manage features through the complete development and release cycle.
• Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, ownership, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
